Copenhagen 18/5 2020. 44 cl can from Beerlivery. White can with a complex circular pattern imprinted. Symmetric and pretty cool.
Pours opaque, milky, golden yellow with a big white head. Fairly stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam completely covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a subdued sweet odor of exotic fruit and stronger notes of citrus fruit. Peach and pineapple. Grape fruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin but with a clear citric bitterness. Lingers for a bit.
Appropriately light - but not without intensity and citric bitterness. Quite fine Session IPA.
