Copenhagen 4/6 2020. 44 cl from tap at Himmeriget, Kbh. V.
Pours hazy, golden orange with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a light odor of exotic fruit and citrus fruit in abundance. Light touch of mango and peach. Acerbic, grape fruit, citrus and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste bitter and acidic. Finish is dry. Searingly bitter and citric with a bit of extra bitterness on top.
