Copenhagen 24/9 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can In Gamma's usual design with a lot of intricate patterns on a light green background.
Pours opaque unclear golden amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a mild sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger sharp scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Hint of mango. Citrus and lime in abundance
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A bit hard carbonated but deliciously bitter Indian Pale Ale.
