Copenhagen 12/6 2019. 44 cl can from Crate, Jægersborggade, Kbh N. Stack of Bowler hats made of geometric shards in black and green. White background.
Pours milky, hazy, warm yellow with very big white head. Bubbly. Settles as clumps of foam looming at the surface of the beer. Foam crawling up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity, citric and fresh. Light odor of sweet fruit like Peach and Honey Melon. Strong er citric, acerbic notes of Grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong acerbic, sourish, bitterness. A little sharp. Aftertaste is bitter-sour with a light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Very nice Session IPA. Soft, smooth and with a good strong flavor.
