Copenhagen 17/1 2019. 50 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Kbh Ø. Stylish black can with symmetric figure in white (an Epicyloid I presume).
Pours hazy, milky orange with big, fluffy white head. Pretty stable. Settles a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and quite citric. Light odor of exotic fruit. Peach and mango. Soon overpowered by citrus fruit. Grape fruit and lime. A little acerbic rip in the nose.
Light carbonation. Pretty thin, watery texture. Lightly prickly.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is tartly bitter. Lingers shortly.
Pretty fresh APA without going to extremes.
