The beer focuses on the character of Cashmere hops, which provide a juicy and aromatic profile with tropical and citrusy notes, while also having a soft, easy-drinking body and distinct hop aroma.

Copenhagen 8/5 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Gamma's usual single color Just the One design. This time in brownish orange.
Pours unclear almost opaque golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of stone fruit overpowered by a strong scent of citrus fruit. Sweet apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. A bit tart.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and sharp. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty and juicy Single Hop Cashmere brew.
