Copenhagen 26/5 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Gamma's usual design with thin colored horizontal lines which resembles a broken Tv-screen.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild sweet odor of stone fruit soon over powered by a sharp citric scent. Peach and apricot. Tart gooseberries, citrus and lime. Sharp and dry,
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice and sharp NZ showcase.
