Amber reddish color with a thin off-white head with medium retention. Lots of bubbles in the glass.
Light aroma with notes of caramels, dank herbal hops and overripe apples.
Flavor with predominant notes of dry hay, caramel and biscuit malts that are increasingly substituted by dank herbal and earthy hops. Hints of apples, fusil alcohol and spices. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation.
So far this is the Emperador that I liked the least. It starts too caramelly with lots of hay and ends with a dank herbaceous hop note.
