Amber hued with reddish highlights. No foam on top. The aroma is of a gentle dose of Brettanomyces and faint tart cherries. I'm tasting a restrained and well balanced flavors of Brettanomyces, barnyard funk, and cherries in the finish. The mouth is moderately carbonated and crisp.
