Larger initial head featuring some larger bubbles. Rocky. It settles slowly while leaving some horizontal streaks and webs on the glass. The liquid has a mild haze to the rich golden color.
Strong floral to citrusy aroma from the hop. The malt portion is hard to tease out, but it is there.
Quickly biting with a strong bitterness. Dry beginning with a faint earthiness. The body and carbonation are appropriate for the style. The beer is smooth. Long black pepper aftertaste.
