The second of two collaborations between Dogma and Modern Times features an imperial porter brewed with Brazilian coffee. What a marriage this becomes! The coffee is very smooth yet robust, and it works well with the base beer. There are slight esters, roast, smoke, chocolate, and brown sugar. As a bonus, the body is smooth as well, and the booze is controlled. This is a beer that needs some love outside Brazil, and I am glad to partake in being in the minority of that.
