Clear gold with no head and a touch of lacing. Aroma is malty, a touch of herbal hops and a faint whif of diacetyl. Flavor follows suit with some diacetyl in the mouthfeel as well. Not good.

This was poured into a pilsener glass. The appearance was a hazy/cloudy orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Fairly thick foamy lacing glosses along the sides of the glass. The smell had some sweet lemon blending with some nice grassy/spicy hops. Low bitterness. Light bready/biscuit sweet goodness. The taste mainly followed the smell taking the spice portion to run into the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a great sessionable feel about it. Carbonation felt fairly low. Grassy hop bitterness becomes the harshness but even that is really low key. Overall, Idletyme knocked it out of the park. Its wonderful and I would love to have it again.

Worthy Burger, Royalton, VT on draft.
A- Ever slightly hazy pour from the taps to a snifter. Creamy foamy white cap to a finger. Good head retention. Small ring at the edges and islands in the middle. Lace is spotty.
S- Hoppy aroma with a grassy, herbal, floral and slightly fruity feel. Really not much else besides Pils grain and slight lager yeast. Fades fast.
T- The grains come out more. Cereal, cracker and pale Pils barley profile. The hops seem to lose some steam compared to the aroma. Earthy, herbal, grassy, floral and a bit of a tea feel to the hops. Light bitterness. Grains perhaps a bit too noticeable. Lager yeast.
MF- Silky smooth with a creamy and frothy texture. SMOOTH PILLOW. High end spritzy carbonation not quite seltzer due to texture. Ends with a grassy bitterness.
Solid but a few little flaws in the grainy flavor and aroma just doesn't scream Munich Pils. Still a good drinking experience but held to style it loses some points.
