On tap at Vermont Tap house. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a glossy burnt orange color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Slight lacing. The smell started off with the normal "kolsch"-like qualities of the sweet breadiness and then some sweet and tart cherry comes in nicely underneath. The flavor brings it all together. Leans somewhat bready in the aftertaste. Quick wet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Low carbonation. Overall, a kolsch with a cherry on top, hmmmm, I’ll take it, nice.

Had at Idletyme in a pint glass, slightly hazy honey colored brew with a thin white head.
Grainy and sweet aroma, some cherry flesh swirls around. Taste is mostly grains and bread, subtle sweetness underneath, earthy bitterness and clean finish at the end.
Nice Kolsch, cherries are hard to detect here despite the light flavor of the beer itself.

Pours a medium golden hue with a thin head into my glass.
Crisp and sweet with a touch of tart cherry.
Sweet, grainy malt profile with cherry tartness at the back of the tongue.
Mouthfeel is quite thin for the style. Possibly from addition of cherries.
A solid interpretation of the style. I was hoping for more of the cherry though.
