22 oz. bomber.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking pale lush golden yellow to bronzed color with a nice finger and a half's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a fairly slow pace. Mild soapy lace ran here and there.
The aroma had a magnificent blend of sweet lush lemon and pineapple that ended up playing with a little bit of grassy to grapefruity hops. Light white pepper at the end.
The flavor was moderately sweet but ended up balancing towards a super nice controlled "bittersweet" hops to malts ratio. Nice smooth crisp bittersweet aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt on par. Finish was nice and crisp with the lemon and grapefruit bitter rind punching this as expected..
Overall, probably one of Idletyme's best beers. I'd love to have again preferably with some grilled seafood as that would make an exceptionally nice dinner.
