A nice and hoppy NEIPA. Good carbonation for an unusual crispness for the style. This could be a great beer to have in the summer or if you want to have more than one. Pedal Haus has been on a roll lately.

Mostly hazy straw to maize with a puffy off-white head clinging in solid sheeting.
Shortbread malt at first meets a mild juiciness and a pithy bitterness. Coming back to it reveals a little cologne, while on the nose is some dank peach.
The soft but medium body is lightly astringent in the semi-dry finish.
