This specialty pale ale has a light body and a mild dry hop that lends itself nicely to the main player which is lightly roasted cold brewed coffee. The coffee beans featured are from our friends at Peixoto. Copper in color, with hints of berries, chocolate, and nuts from the coffee and a slight citrus and herbal character from the hops. All ingredients work together to provide depth and character.
