16oz can, 10.3%. Dark brown stout with a thinner tan head. Very roasty aroma (roasted barley and ashy patent malt), unsweetened dark cocoa, booze, and earthy hops. Flavors are very roast forward adding bitter and ashy cocoa & burnt coffee notes; dark prune or raisin, burnt caramel, and bitter earthy hops. Fuller body, ample carbonation, alcohol is warming, finish is very dry and bitter with char lingering. This one didn't do it for me. I love RIS, but there are many, many better ones to choose from.
