Looks like OJ with a moderately sized, soft looking head. Settled to a full cap. Quiet nose, not much happening that way. Citrus to taste, gently pithy. Lime dominates. Drying to finish. Pleasant overall, not overbearing in anyway. Not excessively tart.

To start off, I'm not a huge fan of sours. This one pleasantly surprised me. It was very carbonated, and smelled nice and citrusy. The intense sourness was alleviated by some hoppy bitterness on the back end. It's a sipper, yes but very refreshing. A little more lime than lemon, where I would have preferred it more balanced. I would also have welcomed a little bit of sweetness, but as far as sours go, I'd drink this again. I paired it with strong cheese and crackers and it cut the richness well.
