I heard Craft Country close down. If so, I'm very disappointed. This is truly one of the best beers I have ever tasted. A fantastic hoppy beer with a golden red glow and a persistent head. A very smooth beer. Last time I looked for them the fella in the shop said the brewery had closed down but he gave me 8 expired bottles from their chiller and they still weren't lacking for hops.

The hops were not really bright anymore when I drank it. Maybe too old but otherwise the age did not show. The malt was really nice and toasty compared to other amber ales that often border metallic in my opinion. Well done and a good light drinker.

Hazy amber color with lots of yeast floaties and tan head. Aroma is really faint, almost nothing going on. Taste starts with some vegetal, earthy hops, follows with nutty malt and some grains, finishes slightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer but it lacks some aromatic qualities.
