This is a great beeer, and lately has been my usual. For a lighter coloured beer in appearance, this is a bold beer with rich, dark notes. Thesmall batch "Espresso Cream Ale" was better because it had twice there coffee, and I'd say that's the only thing that takes this beer down a few pegs: you can barely taste the coffee. Subtle creamy notes, a bitter aftertaste, and calming aromas.
