At taproom, this is 6.7% in this batch.
Look is a cloudy light copper with off-white head.
Smell has a musky, woods aroma. It probably hits those tasty cat pee flavors some of my friends like.
Flavor is sour and citrusy, solid malty backbone with light bitterness.
Body is surprisingly full with a long chewy finish.
Overall it's a lot of nice flavors and reasonable sourness for those who like just a little pucker.

Cool little wheat beer. The flavors are really quite interesting... there is a sweetness provided by the tamarind no doubt, and it finishes with a slight sour kick. Nice departure from the ordinary wheat beer profile in the market. I really like the look, unfiltered golden hazy brown. The smell is a bit odd- but not off putting, but thats really the biggest knock i have on it. Been through a couple six packs, and definitely plan to have more. This would make for an excellent refreshing summer beer in my eyes.
