Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a small amount of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is very strong of a wheaty smell mixed with some aromas of a light apricot and peach sweetness. Along with these smells comes some notes of coriander and grass as well as a touch of yeastiness.
Taste – The taste begins with a cracker malt taste mixed with some light grain and a little bit of a yeasty and coriander taste from the start. As the taste advances some herbal hop flavors and a very light fruitiness of a peach taste comes to the tongue. At the finish a touch of hay comes to the tongue, and with a slight increase in the grain, one is left with a somewhat drier but overall light taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather high. For the mix of light flavors and the style the feel is great and makes for a very easy sipper.
Overall – A decent blond with a slightly lighter taste profile but still easy drinking and pleasurable taste and feel. Nothing exceptional, but still worth a try.

Notes from 1/25/2020.
Poured into a tulip glass.
The body is light clear yellow with less than a finger of white foam receding at a normal rate. A very thin cap remains. 3.25
The aroma is between medium and light. The smell is biscuity, yeasty, and has some hops. 3.5
The taste is light, biscuity, yeasty, and a tiny bit sour from the yeast. 3.5
The mouth feel is light with a little carbonation and slightly astringent. 3.5
Overall, it's simple and easy to drink. Sometimes a simple beer is what I want. 3.5

This is a blonde ale. Smooth taste, but not a particularly exciting one.

On-draught as part of a 5 beer flight at the brewery for $12 (their flight du jour).

Brewed with Pilsen malt and Glacier hops. "Blonde with cardamom." 5% ABV.

Crisp, grassy, and floral with a spicy edge. Well-carbonated. Drinks clean
Very refreshing. A straightforward balanced blonde.... there's a lot to like here.

I'd buy this by the sixer, sure, and it'd pair well with wings or pizza. Very drinkable enjoyable fare that will please casual and discerning drinkers alike, though its depth of flavour could be improved as could its (lack of) complexity.
