This beer pours a dark golden color, almost amber. It's not too clear, but also not too murky at the same time. There's a fluffy, frothy, off white head. The head has damn good retention, and there's a hint of lacing on the glass.
The nose has a bit of hops on it, as expected. I get some mellon aroma, a bit of mango also.
Taste - There's a bit of hops, but they kick in on the backside. I get a malty sweetness up front, and it lasts throughout. The hops are like the nose, mellon, and mango. The hops are a bit light, however.
The body is good. There's some resin feeling from the hops.
Not bad overall, maybe a bit lacking in the flavor, but not offensive.
