[Original rating 2017-12-31] Bottle from Julio's in Westboro MA. Pours cloudy gold with a medium white head. Aroma of Brett, citrus, tropical fruit, pine. Taste is Brett, fruity, with a nice dry finish. Great balance, a nice alternative to hop forward IPAs.

Pours a nice foamy bubbly 1 finger head that fades at a slow pace thanks to some streaming bubble reinforcement, nice lacing, brilliantly clear honey blond color

Nose brings what it promises, plenty of Brett out front, Brett dry farmhouse funk, a little fruity and lemony tartness, sourness, a flash of tropical pineapple perhaps, wow then quickly a huge smash of mosaic hops, piney, spicy, dank tropical fruits, some onion notes, then back into other fruits, some citrus, pineapple... each time I smell it I get something completely different, some musty passion fruit and dank fruits, stone fruit and guava, with a bit of ripe peach and mango skin, and some bubblegum. Then back into a wave of barnyard funk and tartness, followed again with a bit of pine and onion, and cycles again.

Taste starts about as complex as well, I'll see how fast I can get it all out, earthy farmhouse funk and Brett right off, tart lemony sourness but not much, a big wave of pineapple and tropical fruits, guava, mango skin, etc, then a little pine and dankness, spicy hops start to come through then washed back by a bit of citrus and more ripe peach and stone fruit, a bit of bubblegum, back into generic tropical fruits, dank tropical fruits that is, coming out with more bready earthy funk, some some unfortunately nagging bitterness on the back end that clashes with all the other greatness in there, very dry mouth gauging dry finish, bitterness like biting into a pineapple-mango with the skin on it (yes I just made that fruit up).

Mouth is med bod, fizzy bubbly carbonation, touch of acidity

Overall mixed, it has some awesome qualities and a blend of many different awesome things, but some not so great things popping up in between. The nose had the dank oniony mosaic, and taste was that nagging bitterness. Without this it would be incredible. The description here says El Dorado and Amarillo, but the label says Mosaic and Amarillo, and I suspect the Mosaic is the culprit of both bad things, where I think El Dorado would have been much more enjoyable, but perhaps this would be best suited for Galaxy or something similar with all the pineapple and tropical notes, or a tamer Mosaic without the iffy parts.

Easy Tiger pours a very clear, effervescent gold with two fingers of bright white head that leave a nice cap and heavy lacing.

This is one fruity, stanky beer. White peach, guava, tea and funky brett combine to give a definite cheese-like impression in the nose.

If the intensity in the nose is close to ten, the taste brings you way past eleven. You've got light mango and other tropical flavors mixing with unsweetened tea beneath a funky brett assault. There's a little hint of bitterness. And it's all followed by a dry, earthy, almost fungal finish.

Superb mouthfeel. Light, with just a touch of soft, juicy texture, and strong carbonation.

This beer tastes like nibbling on stinky cheese on a water cracker with a little spread of tropical jam to sweeten it, right after you've had a sip of some dry gueuze. It's actually cheesier in the nose than the taste itself. Not something everyone will like, nor one I'd come back to often, but it's very well executed for what it is.

Good three-finger head initially. It settles to fine bubbles. Plenty of spots on the glass for lace. The liquid is cloudy with orange hued gold color.

Earthy smell initially. There's also hop pellet smell as if it were fresh from the sealed bag.

Some sweetness to start but it becomes very bitter, very quickly. There are spice and fruit elements. The spice reminds me of oregano, the fruit is similar plum except slightly sour. The body is neutral while the carbonation is high. The finish is starkly bitter, black pepper creating a very long aftertaste.
