On tap at the taproom in a Willi Becher.
Attractive one-finger white head over cloudy gold. Aroma of honey.
Pretty and very mild-tasting. Just about exactly what you would guess a chamomile honey beer to taste like. Obviously, hops take a back seat, although they do contribute some bitterness to the end of the sip.
Not bad. Light, refreshing, a good beer for relaxing in a quiet spot.

Canned 2021/05/11
Pours a med frothy foamy 1 finger head with moderate retention, a bit of sticky lacing, very hazy med orange-pale color
nose brings wow honey, like a lot of floral honey to the point where this smells like a mead, then chamomile tea, touch of citrus and light doughy wheat
Taste brings loads of honey again up front but that quickly fades to chamomile tea with a little citrus, lemony notes, floral and quite flowery in general, very light doughy creamy wheat,
Mouth is med bod, higher effervescent carb
Overall the honey and chamomile is nice, but there's very little actual wheat ale under that, might as well just make a mead at this point

I’m not a big fan of wheat ales. Usually, lackluster in flavor, too much carbonation.
This is a different approach to the style. Great local ingredients: valley malt, mem tea, honey from Sleeping Bear farms.
Nice look. Cloudy golden color, 3F head in a Mikasa tulip.
Mild aroma of honey, herbal tea, blueberry.
Moderate carbonation, especially for the style.
Excellent taste: rich honey, herbal tea, and blueberry. There’s chamomile in there, blended in.
Moderate bitterness.
Great summer beer.

Golden yellow in color. Somewhat cloudy in appearance. Touted as a chamomile honey wheat. Subtle carbonation. Wheat, non-descript fruitiness and light grain malt profile. Somewhat bland.

The pour was very slow resulting in nearly no head outside of the rim bubbles. Some small bubbles for lace. Dirty gold color and very cloudy.
Sweet and spicy nose. Slightly creamy.
Mild sweetness with a definitive hop bite. There's elements of honey but the bitterness gives good balance. Spritzy but with a decent body. Very short aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub. Cool place!
Pours golden orange, thin white head dissapears. Smell is herbal and grainy, a touch of honey sweetness. Taste is light toast, honey. Crisp feel with a slick lingering bitterness. Pretty nice!
