A- Light brown body to the brew served on tap at the brewery. Off white foamy head peaks at half a finger high with decent retention. Spotty lace for the most part with a few small sheets sticking on the glass.
S- Mild coffee and fruity hints. Something reminiscent of raisin/fry cherry. Light to medium roast beans maybe dilution playing a bit of a factor with the coffee profile.
T- Again the coffee and malts brings a nutty, toffee, caramelized slight roast hint with some dark fruits coming to mind as well. Very light lactic acid tartness. Cereal grains are big and tie things together. Coffee is obvious but not cup of Joe strength.
MF- Light bodied with medium smooth carbonation. Slight tart ending. Creamy and frothy texture.
Loving this combo but here just a bit more tartness and coffee would go a long way in this particular brew.
