This crisp IPA was brewed with Amarillo, El Dorado, and 240lbs of raw wildflower honey, locally sourced from Autumn Morning Farm in Barre, MA. Citrus and floral hop character lead to an unexpectedly dry finish - the honey’s sugars are easily fermented and only a touch of lingering sweetness remains. In other words, this balanced beer is all your hop and honeycomb-dipped dreams in liquid form. Named after Warren Zevon’s smash hit “Lawyers, Guns, and Money."

This pours an almost West coast-ish slightly hazy amber color with a creamy head. Mild but pleasant aroma of roasted malt and subtle hop aroma. Taste is tantalizing-ly west coast-ish , too! Pleasant hoppy piney flavor with a slight sweetness. Nice mouthfeel with subtle carbonation. Overall, a very enjoyable IPA!

Pours (appropriately) honey-colored with a mild haze. Honey is present on the nose but not in the taste, which is all fruit and rind. There is a slight note of honey in the aftertaste, but I don't think I'd have noticed it if I wasn't looking for it.

Overall very drinkable, but not a standout.

Oh I really like this! IPA brewed with honey, Amarillo and El Dorado hops. Can dated 7/24/20.
Pours a lovely amber orange with dense white head.
Smells of grapefruit citrus, floral hops and resin.
Tastes great, more grapefruit and pine resin, bit of herbal floral quality. Light caramel and honey flavors in the malt base.
Feels sharp and dry with a hefty bitterness. Well balanced but the hop flavors shine. Nice dry finish.

Overall really nice, more reminiscent of a west coast IPA than anything I've had in a long time. Glad I picked it up this time, definitely worth coming back for more!

Pours a honey color with a 4F head in a Spiegelau glass. Excellent head retention. Possibly close to 5 minutes.

Pine, floral, citrus, sweet aroma.

Heavier body than usual for the style. More heft.

The aroma flavors don’t transition well to the taste. Apple, grape, tropical fruit.

Hoppy spicy finish,

Excellent beer. However the taste is dwarfed by the carbonation. One sees this in a Saison, very infrequently in an IPA. Otherwise, an excellent beer.

Solid offering. Honey more present in the nose than on the taste buds. Very drinkable.

The shit has hit the fan. Canning date is smudged but looks like 2018 so fairly fresh

Pours a light fluffy airy but large 1.5 finger head that fades slowly, seems to just stick around, soapy lacing, super murky honey orange color

Nose loads of clementine and mandarin orange, but also a lot of pith and pulp, creamy wheat, a little mango, papaya, sweet candy malt, and generic citrus marmalade and pulp orange juice, a little floral and fruity, some honey aromas

Taste is more citrus, clementine, little mandarin orange as well, creamy orange pineapple juice, a little mango, some papaya, floral with a touch spicy hop mostly late, more pith and pulp, a bit of sweet candy malt and creamy wheat, more marmalade, and a bit of honey flavor but not much, drier finish with a touch of honey late, lots of pith and rind, big citrus lingering, hint of acohol

Mouth is med bod, a bit creamy thicker, nice fluffy carb, hint of alcohol

Overall not bad, nice hop profile, nice creamy wheat and base malt, a bit of honey mostly fermented out producing the dry finish, wish the honey was a bit more flavorful, but otherwise pretty nice.
