P- Poured from a 16 oz can, into a large Funky Buddha snifter.Date on the can is 07/05/17 TASTY TREAT.
L-Thin frothy off white colored head, with low retention and no lacing on the glass.Deep hazy amber colored body, with low clarity and distorted light showing through the glass.Low amount of carbonation, moderate amount of sediment.
S- I don't really get much on the nose, mostly just toasty roasted malt.Maybe a backdrop of passion fruit, but very faint.
T- On the palate I get tangy passion fruit all the way through, with a roasted nut,and bready dough aftertaste.
F- The mouth feel is thin, with a slightly sticky texture.Low amount of oxidation on the tongue, with a smooth finish.
O- This is a very good tasting beer. It's only my second or third wild ale,and I really enjoyed it.I would drink this again, and recommend if you enjoy the style.
