Pint can : 11/29/2017 "Karmadillo"
A practically clear solid gold color. Well carbonated with an all white, bubnly and dense foam topping.
A very....zesty-citrus based fruity hop aroma.very bold. Lemmon zest, sweet pineapple, strawberries,...tropical, citrus and zest. Sweet malted barley, Lemmon pinesol cleaner and sweet hard candy. Very strang hop smell, don't get me wrong, I loke it, but its strange and certainly unique. Centennial hops make for a very wild nose.
The flavor is just as Zesty as the aroma. The flavor is of lemmon pepper, zesty fruits, dry and slightly bitter earthy notes, sweet but very clean malt, zingy-grapefruit style, with a fine layer of just, plain 'ol high alpha, bitter and fruity hops. All around, very wild, complex, interesting. The zesty, earthy and bitter side to the hops plays with a but of alcohol heat that makes it taste and feel very serious. Certainly not as easy drinking as some of the bigger New England style's were all enjoying and getting used to. A bit of classic, big alpha , high-toned bitterness that is the first American hop explosion that started on the West Coast soo many moons ago. The Centennial hop really brings in zesty, bitter but still fruity and sweet aspects. This hop is very "in your face". Bold and brash but endlessly interesting.
You can tell, Lamplighter was able to get maximum effect from these hops. Spend some serious time with this one.

Golden Orange yellow in appearance. Hazy in appearance. Mango, guava, orange rind and pine. Slick and Juicy. Citrus bitter punch on the end. Medium bodied, smooth feel. Somewhat sweet. This is a solid iteration.

Canned on 8/29/17; drank on 9/10/17; this a rotating hop series, this latest batch uses Centennial hops per the can label; a little boozy for 8% ABV but the hops come through nice and the mouthfeel is actually creamy
