Small and brief beige head. It settles to zero bubbles and no lace at all. The liquid is dark brown, naturally, where no light passes.

Dark Baker's chocolate aroma. No coffee smells. In the background is the subtle notes of cinnamon.

The body is like a traditional dry Irish stout which is to say it's relatively thin. Good carbonation. The flavor is like dark chocolate with a hint of semi sour cherry. Rather pedestrian overall.

Pours a nice darker creamy foamy 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, some lacing, very dark basically black beer.

Nose big creamy lactose, milky, chocolate milk specifically, some roast and touch char like dark malts, dark chocolate, a touch of coffee and some earthy spicy hop notes.

Taste brings plenty of lactose again, milky creamy and big chocolate milk, perhaps some oats as well, but big roasty malts too, a little metallic charred roast, very dark roast coffee grounds with bitter slight acrid notes, some cocoa and dark chocolate, a little caramel, and coffee syrupy, mild spicy hop notes, bitterness both from roasted malts and hops. Finishes a bit drier and creamy like dried lactose, touch acrid on the finish too.

Mouth is med bod, very creamy milky, decent carb

Overall pretty nice other than the roast being a bit too roasty and acrid, gets a little too bleh, otherwise nice, and nose was great.

Chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla and coconut. Lactose creaminess. Dry stout quality. Nice level of sweetness. Medium to light bodied. Hint of bitterness at the very end. Pretty good milk stout.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a tulip glass.

Pours a deep brown color with a finger of effervescent khaki head. The head dissipates rather quickly, leaving very little lacing before settling into a thin sheet.

The aroma brings notes of dark roasted malts, cocoa, and coffee.

The taste has notes of sweet cream, dark chocolate, roasted malts, and a faint hint of coffee.

The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Very creamy and smooth with a dry finish.

Overall, a good, straightforward milk stout. It's smooth, easy drinking, and full of flavor.
