Collaboration with Aeronaut Brewing Company
A New England-style IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends and neighbors from Aeronaut Brewing Co (Somerville, MA). A profile of all-American hops (Eureka, Denali, El Dorado, and Idaho 7) provide firm bitterness and tropical-forward flavor, all balanced by a smooth and soft mouthfeel.

Dated 6/28/18 on the bottom of the can "LIT BOYS", 13 days since brewing.
Pours a nearly opaque pale golden orange with a finger and a half of dense creamy off-white head. Extremely tropical nose, aromas of peach, pineapple, ruby grapefruit, over-ripened mango, slight earthiness, black tea and a little black pepper. Super sweet on first taste, giving way to the mix of tropical fruits from the nose. After that I get some dankness, pine resin, a more pithy pink grapefruit and a little oatiness. Medium body that's enhanced by the creamy head. No detectable alcohol. Easy drinking. Medium sweetness, medium-light bitterness and drying. One of those NEIPAs that doesn't totally eschew bitterness, leaving some drying and bittering lingering at the end of a sip. Great mix of hop varieties on this one. Both Aeronaut and Lamplighter have been brewing tons of great stuff over 2018 and I can't wait to see what to make next! Great collab!
