So here we have a SWIPA.
This version is upgraded to 8.1 ABV.
Pours a clear golden color with a 1F head and moderate lacing.
Smells of slightly dank piney hops and citrus.
Tastes of lightly tart grapefruit, sweet malt and lemon with a peppery moderately bitter finish.
Medium light body with light prickly carbonation. Brut mouthfeel.
Try his crisp refreshing brew is nicely bitter on balance with some sweet notes poking through.

1st review on BA.
a) Pours darker amber with soapy lasting and lace slashing head.
s) SImcoe, Mosaic, Chinnook aim for rugged and dry.
t) Achieves pine, dry desert air, herbs, dried lemon rind
f) Smooth peppery bitter finale, it's my kind of masculine DIPA.
o) Great if you like a peppery, dry bite.
