Gestalt is an Altbier with an assertive hop bitterness and crisp amber malt character. Notes of caramelized bread crust and toasted pecans complement spicy and earthy Noble hops, resulting in an ale/lager hybrid that’s complex, balanced, and drinkable. Keep cold enjoy fresh!

Look: copper color with a 3F head in a stange glass.
Malty aroma.
MF: light body and watery which I felt detracted from the taste profile of the beer.
Taste: quite malty, biscuity with a moderate bitter finish.
I enjoyed the beer, but I felt that the body was too light and a bit watery. The Long Trail ale and
the Organic Münster alt had stronger aromas and are closer to the style.
