An average pour from a pint can (09/08/18) creates a finger sized rocky light beige head with long retention and spots of lacing. Semi-opaque murky orange brown color.
Smells of piney hops citrus and pale malt.
The taste is semi-dry and bitter, begins with toasted malt, lemon and grapefruit. The middle is neutral and not as bitter, malt rich and smooth. The finish returns to semi-dry and bitter with crackers and lingering spicy hops.
Above medium bodied, smooth and creamy from the abundant carbonation. Alcohol is hard to detect.
Easy drinker, session able, smooth with typical APA spiciness.

Canned 8/08/18
Pours a giant foamy creamy 2 finger head that forces me to stop pouring very early, slow fade long retention decent lacing, murky hazy reddish orange color
Nose fresh hop cone water, cascadian hops, a little pine and citrus, grassy, citrus rind, pine, old world hops
Taste a touch of malt and sweetness, more old world hops with fair bitterness, orange rind, more pine, a bit spicy and grassy, good balance, raw malt flavors, dry finish with big bitterness lingering
mouth is med bod, nice fizzy carb
Overall a nice solid APA, good hop bitterness and malt balance without a big malt flavor, good old world hops that present nice characters as well, very enjoyable
