The second iteration of our Side Salad series is brewed with fresh Makrut lime leaves, an intensely fragrant herb often used in Southeast Asian cuisine. Lemondrop hops contribute additional citrus flavor balanced by gentle undertones of green tea and fresh-cut grass – a botanical take on the New England-Style IPA.
