Overnight Oats is a Wild Lager brewed with our friends and neighbors at Cambridge Brewing Company. 400lbs of Maine-grown oats rested overnight with a wild sourdough culture, followed by a full lager mash the next morning, The final beer combines helles-style maltiness with a smooth body and uniquely tart finish.

A collab between Lamplighter and Cambridge Brewing.
Lots of character, and low in ABV.
Light golden color with a 3F head in a Tulip.
Aroma- sourdough and lemon.
Very malty MF.
The taste develops the sourdough- lemon flavor, with a malty, smooth finish.
Quite unusual, a hybrid style.

Love both of these breweries, and an interesting concept, so let's see how it worked. Canned 4/09/20
Pours a med-small fizzy foamy head with med retention, fair soapy lacing, very hazy and a bit cloudy med orange-golden color

Nose def has that sourdough bread aroma, as well as a little yogurty lacto sourness, a touch of lactic acid and lemony notes, lots of flaked oats and gristy raw bread dough, touch fruity

Taste brings more of all the above, the gristy doughy malt out front, lots of creamy flaked oats and doughy character, a little cereal grain and wheat like, a touch of tartness in the background a mild lactic acid but very light and a hint of yogurt-like lacto funk but barely, more a smooth raw sourdough bread character, a touch lemony and fruity esters as well, a bit grassy, soft grain and soft lagering as well, drier finish with a touch more tartness and lactic acid

Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod but a very smooth smooth lager and a bit creamy as well, med creamy carb

Overall an interesting beer, def like a sourdough bread with all the grainy Helles-like malts, and creamy oats, with the slight sour lacto notes, and somehow all the flavors seemed to blend well
