Lazy Tiger is a funky ale fermented with our house strain of Brettanomyces (Brett). Tropical flavors derived from primary Brett fermentation meld with the pine and citrus notes of Amarillo and Mosaic, resulting in a fruity and earthy brew with bold flavors of pineapple, guava, and barnyard funk. Savory, juicy, and delightfully smooth, Lazy Tiger is a robust introduction to Brett as a primary microbe. Welcome to the jungle...

One of the better Brett beers I’ve tasted in a while. Slightly less Brett and funk. More fruit than the usual Brett beer. Quite enjoyable.

Poured from a bottle, "100% Brettanomyces IPA". No date on the bottle but it's fresh from the brewery.
Looks nice, slightly hazy dark yellow, with a fine white head that fades away.
Aromas of bright hops, funk, earthy barnyard and tropical fruits and dark citrus. Taste comes in waves, first fruity hops and then dry Brett funk. Lots going on, with a nice dry finish and a touch of bitterness.
A nice tasty Brett IPA! I'd be curious to try it side by side with its sister brew Easy Tiger.
