Biere de Miel. Like the name. Can date smudged, but looks like 5/14/20?
Pours a light fizzy head with low retention, no lacing, slight hazy semi clear med orange-tan color
nose brings nice blond malts, grainy-sweet, candy malt and honey candy, sugar notes, a bit of citrus and orange icing like, floral fruity honey, an almost caramelized honey, little candied stone fruit as well. little farmhouse like saison floral herbal and light phenol notes
Taste brings more sweet flavors, again that caramelized brochet like honey, with floral fruity raw honey as well, grainy doughy malts, sweet blond malts and candy notes, more mild candy orange citrus notes, fruity esters, as well as some mild peppery phenols and saison farmhouse spices, light perfumey alcohol, a touch of bitterness from hop notes, a bit of a sticky finish
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, sweet like sticky notes, med to a bit higher carb, light warming alcohol
Overall a nice biere de miel, lots of nice honey even more than I expected, like the farmhouse notes and yeast additions, nice fruits, etc, perfumey alcohol was good, this would be a really nice fall beer
