Poured from a bottle, no date stamp but I think it's only a month or two old.
From the brewery: "Jessica is a Wild Ale with a subtle funk, primarily fermented with a native yeast harvested from Cambridge-grown grape vines... and a year of aging in Chardonnay barrels with our house Brett"
Smell and taste are nice, an interesting mix of light fruits, grape, apple, layered grain base. Mild acidity with a bit of oak character, and a dry, musty finish.
I love the idea, glad to experience a hyper-local fermentation! Interesting and well done.
