Great name. No can date
Pours a very large 2.5 finger frothy foamy rocky head with great retention, whispy lacing, mostly hazy med tan to blonde color
Nose is nice, plenty of Belgian fruity esters and phenol spices, lemon and orange citrus zest, bubblegum, little candied apple, pear, bright potpourri spices, little herbal spice like a sage or something, fair floral herbal hops, creamy doughy wheat malt, vanilla cake
Taste brings more citrus up front, lemony with a bit of orange zest, plenty fruity esters, bubblegum, pear, apple, general fruity flavors, into the potpourri spice phenols again, again that herbal spice like a sage or something like that, maybe some coriander and green tea, into mild floral herbal hops that get more spicy late, med to a bit lighter bitterness, cereal grain and doughy wheat base, adding more vanilla cake and orange cake batter, vanilla icing, mild sweetness with very dry finish, spicy hops that get a hint green
Mouth is med bod, creamy soft, high frothy creamy carb
Overall nice beer, enjoyable, good balance of everything expected
