Dazed and Confused is an American-Style IPA brewed with Maine-grown pilsner malts, raw oats, and a blend of New World hops. Intended to strike balance between notes of citrus zest, juicy tropical fruit, and earthy resin, this dank ale finishes dry with a punch of piney bitterness. Keep cold, blaze up, and party on!

Two-finger bar-poured head which recedes slowly and leaves many thinner streaks. Wider streaks as I sip the beer. White and pale gold color. Cloudy.

Neutral smell for an IPA, meaning the hop is subdued (but still present). I was told this is a dank beer by the bartender but the smell doesn't reflect this. It's more malty with a lighter floral hop presence.

The taste is dankier but not extreme by any means. The malt is subtler on the tongue and the hop is more pronounced. Elevated carbonation with a neutral-to-fuller body. The finish and aftertaste are dryer.

Dazed & Confused Lamplighter Brewing Co. IPA-New England / Hazy

Very upfront pine hop taste. Tangy citrus bite. Maine grown pilsner malt is extra crispy and still smooth. Zesty fruits and well balanced for the style. Starfruit and slightly bitter earth tones in the finish. Tangy, bitter fruit zest is the x-factor.

Poured a cloudy yellow color with a 4F head in a Spielgelau IPA glass.
Fragrant aroma, citrus, sweet.
Smooth MF- pilsner malt.
Taste: Very citrus forward with a very hoppy finish.
Nothing exciting here, but a solid, more traditional IPA in the style of the last 3-5 years. Heavy citrus, hoppy finish, smooth. No standout flavors, but very well done.
