Pours a light fizzy small head covering then disappears, hazy iced tea brownish color a bit of legs
Nose big sweet malt, candi sugar, caramelized brown sugar, toffee, lots of fruits fig, date, little white raisin, citrus even, and candied pear, toasted bread crust and honey cake, little nutty and biscuity
Taste big sweet flavors and fair on the overall sweetness, maybe a tad too sweet, caramel, toffee, candi sugar, fair fruits again with fig, date, raisin, little candied tree fruit again, caramel creams candy, creamy in general, a bit of honey cake and citrus orange notes, a hint of bitterness, light smooth perfumey alcohol
Mouth is fuller bod, rich creamy velvety, very low on the carb, almost no alcohol
Overall very nice, wish it was a touch less sweet and more carbonated, but alcohol hidden well, great overall profile
