Served with a dense, foamy head. Blanket lace initially with wide streaks throughout the tasting. Cloudy, giving a white haze to the dirty gold color.
Light earthiness behind the predominant weedy/grassy nose. Some pineapple along with white pepper. Complex with a very faint pale malt base.
This starts with a semisweet fruitiness. This dries out quickly toward the swallow. The body is a bit thin for the style. Ample carbonation. The finish is prickly black pepper and creates a long aftertaste. Deceptively little alcohol presence. Overall, a complex beer that is reasonably easy to drink.

Smells of slightly dank floral hops and citrus.
Tastes of slightly tart grapefruit and sweeter lemon and pineapple with a slightly bitter finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Light clean mouthfeel.
This is a dangerously drinkable mild mannered sweet juicy brew.
