Poured a very hazy golden color and looked like my wife's NEIPA. Had a little cracker nose, but not a ton of flavor. Not a bad kolsch, but certainly not my favorite.

Hazy to cloudy light gold color. Lasting head which provides some spots on the tulip glass it was served in.
Freshly crushed pale barley malt. Clean and accurate for the style.
Highly carbonated, more than usual. The body is appropriate. Refreshing, almost lemony, flavor. Crisp finish with a short aftertaste. Overall, this could be a prototype if the carbonation was diminished and the liquid was clear.
