Light ruby red color, similar to a pale red wine or dark rosé. Clear. Light pink head. Streaks and spots for lace.
As advertised, sour blueberry nose. It's like a Lambic but without any lingering sugar.
Highly carbonated with a neutral body. The taste is similar to a Berliner Weisse without any fruit syrup. The blueberry flavor is nearly list to the lip puckering sourness. Surprisingly, there's a very short aftertaste.
