Can date smudged
Pours a 1 finger fizzy airy head with moderate retention, touch of lacing, mostly clear slight chill hazed straw to watery-light pale
Nose brings plenty of Belgian ale yeast phenol spices, fruity esters, some citrus, lemongrass, sweet blond malts, little cereal, straw, little saison like farmhouse funky yeast,
Taste is all Belgian ale, lots of the perfumey phenol spices, potpourri like, floral flowery almost chamomile tea, fruity esters with a bit of pear and plenty of citrus, mild clementine, lemongrass, lemon-lime, a touch of a honey cracker flavor with some doughy golden malts, dry finish with a bit more herbal-floral tea and citrus and a bit of drying honey flavor on the back of the tongue
Mouth is med to lighter bod, higher prickly effervescent carb
Overall nice Belgian ale, all the right yeast characters, good base malt, although I wish the honey came through a bit more but seems like most of it was attenuated out for the dry finish and effervescent carb

Hazy with a faint green hue to the otherwise yellow to straw color. Decent starting head but it settles quickly to a fine film and rim bubbles. Oddly, no lacing from this.
There’s a wheat smell prior to getting the Belgian yeast. Behind this is a very pale barley malt nose. Even lighter floral hop.
Spritzy with a below average body. The pale malt has a touch of wheat on the tongue. More bitter than the smell suggests but this may be coming more from the yeast than the hop. Decent length bitter aftertaste.

It's a very pretty pale yellow color. Yeasty, slightly peppery aroma. The taste is also yeast-forward but mellows over time; it is highly carbonated but silky and creamy once on the palette for longer. The honey taste was not strong.
