Not a bad pumpkin ale, especially given the lack of pumpkin flavor which I typically could do without... It's more like an malt bomb and not a bad one...it did have a mild spice at the back end but other than that it really lacked much of any distinguishing characteristics - all of this didn't make it a bad beer, it was just a beer there to drink. I wouldn't buy it again, and glad I bought it to take to a party where I only had one and left the rest...

Hazy, light amber/orangey color. Moderate big-bubbled head that reduces quickly to rim bubbles. No lacing.
More toasted barley (like a dark bread) than pumpkin. No typical pumpkin spice not any notable hop.
The taste does have pumpkin as the predominant flavor. The overall flavor is quite sweet which contributes to the richer body, I presume. Higher carbonation, too. I’d describe the sweetness as brown sugar. There’s little to balance this making this better as a dessert beer.
