A caramel-colored Pale Ale brewed with Maine-sourced pale malt and assertively dry-hopped with a blend of American-grown hops. With a slight toffee sweetness, smooth mouthfeel, and robust bitter finish, this is an Ale for hop enthusiasts and fans of bold, balanced flavor. Keep cold, enjoy fresh, and light the lamp.

Nearly clear amber color. Small but lasting head which leaves a smattering of thin, small streaks.
The smell is a journey. Initially, I picked up yeast and hops (like the pellets from a homebrew). Subsequently, I get earthy overtones along with light weedy notes.
The taste starts with darker, dry malts. The earthy hop comes in quickly. The body leans rich with a decent carbonation level. The finish is like white pepper and leaves a moderate aftertaste.
