Clear, gold color. Modest head that remains filmy on the surface. Nice blanket for lace initially. Streaks thereafter.
A bit (raw) grainy. Lightly toasted white bread smell. Very light hop.
The taste mimics the smell with a raw barley grain start. The body is moderate and smooth with an elevated carbonation level. The toasty flavors last throughout the taste with just enough hop bitterness to provide balance.
