On tap at brewery. Color is like a Cabernet with a little head that is done quickly. Liots of berry on the nose. Has a bit of funk from the fermenting. Finishes very dry. An excellent beer.

Deep purple color. It looks like a burgundy wine except for the lingering lavender bubbles. Some shorter streaks and a few spots left behind on the glass after each sip.
The aroma is tart but it also has a berry jam smell. It’s not very sweet, though.
Thinner body as expected with an elevated level of carbonation. Lots of blackberry preserves flavor but it’s mostly about the sour. The tasting starts mildly tart but finishes fully sour. Never extreme. Dry, lip smacking aftertaste.
